Unusual in being fitted with a Lotus 1600cc Twin Cam engine, which breathes through a pair of twin choke Weber carburettors with Igniter electronic ignition and a stainless steel exhaust system. It comes with an impressive collection of receipts for maintenance and upgrades going back to the 1980s, including a professional engine rebuild in 1998. The latest keeper has owned the car for 22 years.The Morgan has travelled less than 100 miles since passing its last MOT with no advisories. This expired in June, but the car is now MOT exempt. Paperwork includes the V5C and a good collection of old MOT certificates going back to 1989. It was first registered on 5th March 1971.
