1969 Ford Capri 1.6 GLT with just two Owners From New. This Mk3 Capri 1600 GL has had only two owners since new, the current owner having acquired it 42 years ago, in 1983. Its history file includes a good stack of receipts, including one for a new camshaft in 2019. The original bill of sale is also included, confirming that DWV 486V was originally delivered with Oyster gold paintwork, Chocolate fabric trim, front inertia reel seat belts, nearside door mirror, four mudflaps and Tobacco vinyl roof. The car passed its last MOT in May 2019 and received its last service in 2020 (followed by some minor work in 2023) Despite its cosmetic appearance the car drives very well indeed but due its shabby, down at the heel appearance, it is being sold as a project requiring restoration. The car also comes with spare key and various handbooks. The owners circumstances changed, thus reason for sale. First registered 1st August 1979. The mileage reads 54,574.
