Finished in gleaming red ,complimented with contrasting period interior, A rare car in a great spec very original kind of charming as it has not had a full on restoration but it has been maintained and used regularly , and drives exceptionally well as only an un restored car can do. This rare GT XL is the perfect example, fitted with a vinyl roof, period correct wheels, wood trim, a well-stacked dash and badging to match. The owner acquired this example over 10 years ago he has some sensible upgrades , a new vinyl roof and a 1600GT engine which has an unleaded head, Kent cam, balancing and new bearings. It looks to have covered some 30,000 miles since. The V5C shows just six previous keepers.Now fitted with electronic ignition ,It also got a new alternator, starter motor, solenoid, carb o/h, propshaft and brake master cylinder.
